What Pre Coolers Do

CBM Pre Coolers reduce the temperature of the ambient air approaching the radiator by as much as 12°C. The pre cooled air thereby enables the radiator to supply water back to the engine at a much lower temperature. This makes it possible for both the radiator and the engine to operate more efficiently.
